Hachi surely loves his cuddles!

The gods blessed us with some proper riding weather—just in time for what might have been La Valette’s last Sunday run.
9:00 am. Kettles on. Chrome shining. Engines rumbling. Now that’s a combination we can all get behind.
As always, a strong crew turned up—good numbers, great energy, and the usual mix of coffee, banter, and harmless debate. Topic of the day? The possible merger of LVM with Malta Chapter… serious stuff. But let’s be honest—none of that stood a chance once Hachi showed up.
Chris has somehow trained this 6-month-old mascot to ride since he was just 2 months old… which is either impressive or slightly concerning! Either way, Hachi completely stole the spotlight. Absolute legend. And yes—adorable.

After catching up and putting the world to rights (as we do), we geared up and headed north. Main roads, open throttle, sunshine with just enough of a chilly breeze to remind us we’re still technically in winter. Perfect riding weather.
Destination: Għajn Tuffieħa.
We made a stop at Apple’s Eye—drinks, photos, plenty of laughs… the usual ingredients of a proper run.
From there, the group split. Some riders had other plans, while a solid number of bikes rolled on for a bit more “coffee” at Xemxija. (Because one coffee stop is never enough, obviously.)
All in all, an amazingly un-amazing Sunday—and that’s exactly why we love it. No fuss, no pressure, just good people, great bikes, and the open road.
Already looking forward to the next one…
Eyes open for Saturday 4th April. 😊
