September Friday the 13th, was the day we had all been waiting for—the group started to meet early in the morning in Marsa to catch the catamaran to Sicily. After securing our bikes for the trip, we took group photos, went through safety briefings, and prepared for the exciting ride ahead. The buzz of anticipation was undeniable!

We arrived in Porto Di Pozzallo around 9 AM, regrouped, and kicked things off with a short stop in Ispica for coffee and snacks at Bar SS115. After refueling and a scenic ride through stunning back roads, we arrived at GB Oil Auto Grill in Gela for lunch and fuel before continuing to Sikania Eco Resort. There, we parked the bikes safely and reunited with some of the Thursday group, who had chosen to relax at the resort for the day. Dinner was a lively buffet that brought everyone together. The Maltese bikers, true to form, filled the room with laughter, music, and dancing late into the night.
Saturday started off with great energy as we prepared for a big day of riding and reunions. The morning began in the breakfast hall, where everyone filled up on good food to keep them energized. By 9 AM, we were gathered by our bikes outside the resort, snapping group photos and going through our briefing for the day. After refueling at a nearby petrol station, we set off toward Agrigento for a brief stop to take in the views and enjoy an espresso. From there, we rode to Licata, where we met our friends from the Etna and Licata chapters. The excitement of seeing familiar faces filled the air, and soon we were a massive group of 70 Harleys, riding together in perfect formation to Osteria Caminuzzo for lunch.

The square where the Osteria was located could barely fit all of us, adding to the charm of the gathering. Some lucked out with shade under the hot September sun, while others roasted but powered through. The food was great, and after mingling with our Sicilian friends, the chapter directors exchanged mementos and gave speeches that left us all feeling proud of the bonds we share. By the time we returned to the resort, everyone scattered to unwind—some took to the pool, others hit the gym, and others enjoyed cocktails at the bar. Dinner that evening was another lively affair with jokes, laughter, and impromptu partying. For the true night owls, the fun carried on in an open-air theater with rock music until even the wildest among us called it a night.

Sunday morning came too soon—it was our final day at the resort. Breakfast was another feast, and by 10 AM, we checked out and packed up our bikes for the ride to Pozzallo. Along the way, we stopped in Modica, where we passed through twisty roads under perfect blue skies. Modica’s baroque charm and famous chocolate were irresistible; we paused for coffee and chocolate treats before continuing to our lunch destination at Ristorante Cianciuolo. The restaurant’s team had everything prepared for us—parking and tables set. Lunch was a delightful mix of fresh fish dishes and other options, enjoyed in the warm company of our crew.

With time running out, we made our way to the ferry, just a short ride from the restaurant. As the ferry departed at 7 PM, it was clear that everyone was tired yet utterly content from the amazing weekend we had shared. The Ma Che Cazz Run II was an undeniable success—perfect weather, incredible reunions, and rides that we’ll remember forever. As always, our Sicilian Harley-Davidson family welcomed us with open arms, making us feel right at home. We know how to have fun doing what we love most. We rode 500km together as one group for over 9hrs and that is what unites us and makes us feel good during these events!
Now, we look ahead to the next Trinacria event, which promises to be even bigger and better.

This is who we are
the HOG way, La Valette Malta.
