A chilly Inverno it was!

We just boarded the ferry on our way back to the Rock after the HOG Inverno event in Salerno… and wow, what a weekend! Memories, memories, memories.
Yes, it’s HOG Inverno. Yes, it was cold. Yes, we had some beautiful sunny days. And yes, we also got our fair share of rain on the road. All as expected… or was it?
Truth is, every HOG event is special, and this year’s Inverno was no exception.
As usual, La Valette rolled in strong to join our Etna Chapter buddies. Some rode all the way to Salerno, others took the more “multimodal” approach (because sometimes planes, trains, and ferries deserve some love too).

We all reached Salerno by Friday afternoon. Needless to say, the first stop was the dealer. Big thumbs up to the Tortona family — their setup is amazing. If our wallets had feelings, they would’ve been nervous.

Friday evening brought the usual party: mingling, reconnecting, meeting new faces, enjoying a drink (or two), and just soaking in the vibe.
Saturday had a slow, gentle start — the kind you only get after a proper Harley evening. Back to the dealer we went, followed by lunch with our Etna friends. The Saturday night function, of course, stole the show. Chilling!

Sunday morning, everyone peeled off in their own direction. Some headed straight home, others decided to extend the thrill by another day. Because why not?
All in all, it was classic HOG fun. We rode long, we rode hard, and we made memories that will keep us smiling until the next ride.
La Valette Malta — always present.
Etna Chapter — we are amazing.
HOG — this is the life.
