Our first official event of the year kicked off with the AGM.

Boringly normal?

Not a chance.

Not with La Valette.

Even though the weather gods clearly woke up on the wrong side of the clouds, the event was a real bash, with a strong turnout that proved once again—we ride rain or shine (well… almost).

The day didn’t exactly start on a high note. Due to wet roads, strong winds, and the promise of even more rain, we had to cancel the ride. Not ideal—but safety first, chrome second.

We started gathering at Nineteen 02 around 10:30am. The venue was well set up, friends slowly rolled in, and the usual essentials followed: coffees, hugs, laughs, and plenty of catching up.

True to tradition, we kicked off the AGM in proper style—by starting 10 minutes late. Wouldn’t be us otherwise 😄

The usual stuff followed:

Silvio’s introduction, a review of policies, social media usage, finances (no yawning allowed), and the events calendar.

Things got a bit more interesting when Silvio played a short but brilliant video showcasing highlights from our 2025 events. And yes—it really was a great year.

Next came welcoming our new members and patching up a few others. This is where the real magic happened. Adrian called everyone to attention and surprised Silvio by presenting him with an Assistant Director patch for Etna Chapter. For once… Silvio was speechless. Moments like these? Absolutely priceless.

After the well-deserved cheers, we jumped on an online call with Carmelo—cool to say the least, and another reminder that the bond between Etna and La Valette keeps growing stronger.

Once that wrapped up—and about 1,000 photos later—we moved to the dining area for lunch. Because let’s be honest… even H.O.G.s need to be fed.
