On this steaming hot Friday, we met at Avenue 77 with our friends for the Rotta meetup. Needless to say, our bikes stole the limelight.

After a drink and some casual conversation, we headed south. We were all in the mood for a ride, so we decided to take the long way home.

Oliver took the lead, with Kevin assisting as wingman. Our well-sized group, 18 bikes in total, left Avenue 77, took the Mriehel by-pass, and made our way up to Rabat. From there, we turned right towards Naxxar and Mosta. We cruised through Gharghur, Tal-Balal, San Gwann, Msida, and Marsa, going around Valletta (the night views were amazing). We looped back to Marsa, passed through the Three Cities, and finally arrived at the Birgu Waterfront. A nice 37 km ride with only one sleeping policeman along the way. :)

At Birgu, we had a reservation at Cargo. We’ve made some great memories at that venue, and it's always a pleasure to return. The friendly service made the evening even better.

Everyone enjoyed a refreshing drink or two (or three!). :)

The night flew by, and we were all buzzing with anticipation for tomorrow’s LOH event!

Around 11:30, we departed. Some headed home, while others decided it was ice cream time at Xemxija.

An easygoing ride in great company. Who could ask for more?
