La Valette H.O.G. Halloween Rideout & Party Recap

Halloween weekend with La Valette? You just know it’s going to be one for the books.

Saturday Morning — The Calm Before the Scream!

It all started with our unofficial meet at WKD — our second home. Friendly vibes, bikes lined up in all their glory, plenty of plans being hatched, pastizzi, and laughter echoing through the morning. The perfect warm-up for what was to come.

Saturday Night — The Crosskeys Takeover

Evening rolled in, and so did we — at Crosskeys, of course (always a pleasure). Good music, a top bar, amazing friends, fantastic costumes, and one hell of a pumpkin!

It flowed perfectly — first the laughs as costumes appeared (some scarier than others), the first drinks, and of course, countless photos. Because if you didn’t post it, did it even happen?

Then the formalities melted away and the real party began. Music, dancing, drinking, laughter — the works. Simple, but oh so effective.

Midnight Moment — Charity Takes the Stage

Close to midnight, the spotlight turned to our Ladies of Harley. Phyllis took charge for a quick charity lottery in support of our upcoming November event. Huge success! Even Crosskeys guests who weren’t part of the group joined in — and someone even won! Over €200 raised in one evening. Ladies, you absolutely rock. šŸ‘

The Music Never Dies

Of course, it wouldn’t be a La Valette night without a little live talent. Horace — as always, you nailed it. Lucienne, you gave us chills (the good kind). But the shock of the night? Discovering that Alexia can sing — and what a duet with Horace! That’s one performance we’ll be repeating for sure.

The night flew by way too fast.

Thankfully, everyone got home safely — and the extra hour of sleep from the time change was the cherry on top.

Sunday — Chrome, Sunshine, and a Cure for Hangovers

Sunday morning came slowly (very slowly). But soon enough, we were back in the saddle at Kettles — over 20 bikes gleaming in the sunshine. The heat was on, the spirits were high, and it was clear we meant business.

From there, we cruised south — Kettles > Marsa > Luqa > Ħal Far > BirżebbuÄ”a > Å»ejtun > Marsascala > Å»onqor Point — a perfect 45-minute, 27 km ride.

At Å»onqor, we stopped for drinks, nibbles, and plenty of chatter — mostly replaying the madness from the night before.

And just like that, the weekend wrapped up. The weather was kind, the company was perfect, and the vibes were pure La Valette.

We’re redefining the meaning of ā€œkeeping the group busyā€ — and loving every minute of it.

Next up: Fat Boy Anniversary Weekend!

Get ready — because La Valette, we rock! 🤘
