Another Great Sunday Ride. 19th Jan

Following the cancellation of last Sunday’s ride due to bad weather, we were back on the road this Sunday for another fantastic ride! Despite the rough weather last week, we can't complain too much as we’ve been fortunate with some great rides throughout this winter.

As per our usual Sunday ritual, we began to gather around 9 AM at the kettles. The talk of the town remains the routes for our exciting upcoming ride to Croatia later this year! It's amazing to see the number of members joining for this unforgettable experience along the Adriatic coast, up to Medulin for the annual HOG European Rally.

Before we knew it, our road captain called for attention to give us the route briefing and remind us of all the safety tips, especially for the new riders who have joined us recently. A warm welcome to these bikers—here's to more miles and adventures with La Valette Malta!

Around 09:45, the rumble of 29 Harley engines filled the air as we ignited our bikes, ready for the ride as one united group. 🖤🧡🤛

The route took us through Valletta’s winding roads underneath the bastions, through Marsa, and all the way to the west part of the island. Our first stop was at Qrendi for a group photo next to Maqluba Chapel, then we continued through the quiet country roads up to Żurrieq’s highest point, known as IL-Gibjun. We parked the bikes for refreshments and, as usual, took more photos of the bikes and our noisy yet funny members! 🖤🧡🤛

Around noon, some bikers started heading back home, while a friendly group rode together to Marsascala for a group lunch. The laughter continued as we shared stories and enjoyed the company of each other.

Another incredible day with the La Valette - HOGs! Now, we set our sights on next Sunday’s ride, followed by the AGM for all members.
